Coming from a background of having to complete projects with
budgets and profitability in mind, we appreciate the needs
for the development to meet the objectives of these.
Whilst we cannot give advice on the viability of projects,
we are certainly in a position to show you what options are
available for such developments.
The design process is broken up into two areas. Firstly, the
“Macro” which is the overview of the site dealing with
assets such as slope, breezes,
neighbours,
outlook, access, and services. Council Codes are naturally
implemented into the design. With this appraisal we then
obtain a logical layout of unit positions. The second area
is the “Micro” which works on unit function. This needs to
address, the actual function of the design to suit the
target market being rental, owner occupier or retiree.
We can handle the application and approval processes through
arranging Town Planners and engineering were required.
